Baby STEPS to Stronger Big Island Families presents: "Our Keiki, Our Kuleana". Therapist and author of, "Ghosts from the Nursery," Robin Karr-Morse, M.Ed., L.P.C. will be touring the islands to present information on child abuse and neglect.  Karr-Morse has woven together the latest information on brain research, psychology, biology, neurology and genetics and suggests we need to look at the early years in a child's life. Her presentation will be followed by local community panels to bring alive the concept of "It takes a village to raise a child." It is our kuleana!
