About our Coalition
The Coalition of the Hawaii Children’s Trust Fund provides a community voice as well as a forum for promoting prevention through family strengthening and strategies for statewide planning and advocacy. Membership in the HCTF Coalition is open to any agency representative, family advocate and/or parent throughout the state of Hawai‘i who are committed to the prevention of child abuse and neglect.
